Family Day Care is a professional, home based early childhood education and care service for children aged from six weeks through to 12 years. The small ratio that family day care services are recognised for, guarantees the Educator, child and their family are able to form a very close, honest and loving bond. Each carefully selected qualified & experienced Educator has a maximum of 4 children under school age at any one time. Family Day Care is fast becoming the number one choice for child care. Why? Smaller group settings, mixed age groups, less exposure to common colds & flu, one-on-one daily communication with your child’s Educator every morning & night; PLUS: affordable hourly rates, flexibility of hours and days and full access to Child Care Subsidy (for eligible families). Little Muffins Family Day Care is proud to have developed a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), in collaboration with our Indigenous Consultant Justine Dillon of the Kombumerri tribe, to strengthen relationships, respect and opportunities in the service, and with the community. Little Muffins pay respects to the Kombumerri people of the Wider Bundjalung Language Region, encompassing the Ngarahngwal and Yugambeh Language Groups of the Gold Coast Region where our office is located, and to the peoples in surrounding areas where our service is provided.
